Did you know that....



crocodile do not breathe underwater?
it is because
they do not have gills like fish. they have lungs instead. however by controlling their metabolism, hatch lings, juveniles they stay underwater for 45 minutes while adults crocodile stay for 2 hours. they can breathe while floating with only the tip of the snout and the eyes above water .


aside for being an excellent swimmer..
crocodiles have a diversity movement under land? it is because when they moving unhurried on land, they proceed with a stately high walk. but if frightened, they will plunge down in a belly crawl. A few species can even gallop under extreme pro vocational



crocodiles do not open their mouths because they are hungry?
it keeps its mouth open because it is cooling off through the evaporation of moisture inside the mouth. it is their way of regulating their body temperature . A crocodile can lie in the sun with its mouth open for hours.
